Our company’s three‑phase resin‑insulated dry‑type transformers are designed and manufactured with advanced equipment under the guidance of excellent corporate culture, management modes and development technologies of Germany’s AEG Company, having undergone rigorous reliability verification.
The SCB‑series three‑phase resin‑insulated dry‑type power transformers of 10 kV, 20 kV and 35 kV voltage classes have passed all routine, type and special tests, as well as climate C2, environment E2 and fire‑behaviour F1 classification tests conducted by the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
The SCB‑2500/12.47 power transformer has passed short‑circuit tests at KEMA Laboratory. The SCB‑1600/11 and SCLB‑2000/20 power transformers have obtained KEMA type‑test certification, and the SCLB‑2500/13.8 has passed type tests by KEMA of the Netherlands. The complete set of dry‑type transformer with enclosure and connecting busbars has passed seismic tests carried out by the State Key Laboratory of Disaster Reduction in Civil Engineering, Tongji University. Transformer windings have passed ‑40 °C cold‑storage tests and three‑proof tests at the Test Center of Shanghai Marine Equipment Research Institute.
Our products are exported to the United States and countries across the globe, and are also sold in the domestic market.

Protection degrees of transformer cabinets comply with GB4208 standard.
Indoor‑type: Transformer cabinets are available in protection degrees IP20, IP30, IP21, etc.
Outdoor‑type: Transformer cabinets are available in protection degrees IP23, IP24, IP34, etc.
Features: It prevents human access to hazardous components inside the cabinet and ingress of relevant solid foreign‑objects. It delivers good ventilation and heat dissipation performance. The transformer and cabinet can be transported and installed separately, or transported and hoisted as a complete unit.
Materials: Standard transformer cabinets adopt powder‑coated steel plates, capable of resisting 200‑hour salt‑spray corrosion. Stainless‑steel plates or aluminum‑alloy plates are also optional.
Accessories: A control wiring box is fitted on the door panel. A temperature display controller can also be mounted on the door. For on‑load tap‑changing products, an on‑load tap‑changer controller may be installed on the door panel.
Our company can also supply and install tinned connecting copper busbars inside the cabinet. The cabinet can withstand seismic ground acceleration a₉: 0.6 g in horizontal direction and 0.3 g in vertical direction.
